Like most of you out there, I have tried all the diets and exercise routines to get rid of my belly. I am still trying to do this. There is no easy way out it takes a lot of hard work.
The reason I created this site was to help people like yourself lose belly fat and achieve good health through your diet and exercise regimes. To do this, I am going to share my personal experiences with you and what I have discovered through my own “trial and error” experiments.

So now to me…
I am 40 years old and have always struggled with my weight since about college I could not get rid of all the fat. I was always the chubby lad growing up.
I was 209 lbs and very unhealthy. One day I was sat on the sofa watching TV and the next moment I fell asleep only to wake up the next morning I knew from that moment I needed to change my life. “I really didn’t pay attention to my nutrition because I was just trying to get through the workday”.
I had tried various ways of dieting and different routines. But the moment of change came when I changed the way I was living. Meaning that the “lifestyle” you lead is what needs to change in order for a healthy life. Then you have the game mastered. Now I am 180 lbs and have some lean muscle.
I have lost 29 lbs in 3 months…..
If you get a lifestyle that is one of health, your mental and physical state will be much better. I can assure you that when your body is healthy, your brain usually follows. That is because when you run your body on clean fuel and you give your body regular use, it runs efficiently and it is a happy system as a whole.
